Admission Terms & Conditions
i. There will be an entrance examination conducted by the institution. Candidates will be selected according to their merit.
ii. The minimum age for entrance examination is completion of 17 years and not more than 25 years on the date of admission.
iii. The candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
iv. The candidate should be fit and have to submit the prescribed medical certificate duly filled and signed by the candidate and Civil Surgeon.

Leave & Vacation
Student can avail leave and other vacation up to 4 weeks which is granted by the Principal. Parents and guardians are requested to not encourage their ward to take leave from the College. Any kind of leave is admissible only with the permission of Principal but this also will not be taken into account of relaxation in the attendance requirement.
Removal
The Governing Body of the Institute, on the recommendation of the Principal, reserves the right to remove from the Institute rolls, the name of student or punish her/him otherwise for :
i. Failure to pay college or hostel fee in time.
ii. Failure to execute and agreement by parents/guardians of the students within 15 days of the date of admission.
iii. Failure to come up to the prescribed standards or unsatisfactory behavior. Participation in any political social demonstration.
iv. Being involved or having been involved in the past in a criminal case.
v. Indulging in any activity derogatory to the college.
vi. Consumption or possession of narcotic drugs/liquor.

Rustication & Expulsion
A student will be liable to immediate rustication by the Principal, if in their opinion, the student behaves in a manner subversive of discipline or any other offence.
Identity Card
Identity Card
Identity card is must for every student as he/she may be asked to show it on demand as and when required by Asian City Hospital as well as community health centers.
Attendance
i. In Institution’s library only valid ID card holders will be eligible to use the library facilities.
ii. The students can get books/magazine issued from the library for stipulated time. Overdue charge of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged.
iii. In case of loss or damage to the book, student will have to bear the expense of the book or replace the same.
iv. In the case of loss or damage of library card, duplicate card (on cost) will be issued on the submission of a written request.
